This series consists of criminal investigation files for Category 100 prohibited acts committed at the U.S. Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. These files relate to the most serious crimes that can occur at a Bureau of Prison facility, such as murder, rioting, escapes, and hostage taking. Files consist of incident reports, medical reports, photographs, official narratives, Use of Force Reports (Form 583), and After Action Reviews (form 586).
